Approve Plans and Specifications for the Concrete Rehabilitation, Project 238; and 2. Award a contract to CT&T Concrete Paving Inc. of Diamond Bar, CA, for $259,650, and authorize a contingency of $39,000; and 3. Approve a Task Order for Construction Inspection Services to TRC/Vali Cooper and Associates, Inc. for $26,640, and authorize a contingency of $4,000.
10. Receive and File the Five-Year Technology Master Plan Prepared by: Matt Burton, Director of Finance and Administrative Services Recommendation: Receive and file the five-year Technology Master Plan for FY 2020-21 through FY 2024-25.

Receive and File a Side Letter Agreement Between the City of Cypress and the Cypress Employees' Association Prepared by: Matt Burton, Director of Finance and Administrative Services Recommendation: Receive and file a side letter agreement between the City of Cypress and the Cypress Employees' Association to establish up to 80 hours of COVID-19 related paid leave for certain employees in the classification of Police Services Officer.
