4. Approve a Task Order for Design Services for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at City Facilities, Project 321 Prepared by: Doug Dancs, Director of Public Works Recommendation: Approve a Task Order to BOA Architecture for $61,500 for design services and authorize a contingency of $6,200.
5. Accept the Oak Knoll Park Parking Lot Resurfacing, Project 332 Prepared by: Doug Dancs, Director of Public Works Recommendation: 1. Accept the Oak Knoll Park Parking Lot Resurfacing, Project 332, in the amount of $58,799.50 and approve the final payment of $2,550.00 to JB Bostick Company; and 2. Authorize the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with County Recorder.
6. Approve Register of Warrants, Transfers, and Wires Issued for the Period of February 11, 2023 through February 24, 2023 Prepared by: Matt Burton, Director of Finance and Administrative Services Recommendation: Approve the attached payment register summarized below for the period of February 11, 2023 through February 24, 2023: Electronic Funds Transfers 12659 through 12768 Warrants 61724 through 61849 Payroll Transfers W1496
